I just got done adding a lot of new functionality to our website today that I wanted to let you know about. I think it will really help your shopping experience by making it easier for you to ask us questions about products and that will help us make our website better by answering all those questions.
Now, when you go to any product page on our store, for example, The EWheels EW-52, you'll find that you can click the "ask a question" button right next to the add to cart button. This will take you to the bottom of the product page where you can insert a question you have about that product or anything about our business.
Of course, you can also see our FAQ page for many commonly asked questions, but sometimes its time consuming and difficult to navigate websites, especially on your mobile phone, so by adding this function to the product page, we hope to make it as easy as possible for you to get your questions answered via email.
If you want to ask any question or place an order by phone, we placed our phone number right under the add to cart button as well so it's easy to find.
