Enhance Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Return policy:

If the customer wishes to make a return, we must be notified within 7 days from when the product is received.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied.

  • The item must be in new condition – no damage, no scratches, etc. – with original packaging and all parts and accessories.
    • A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
    • Once the RA has been received, the customer will receive instructions where to return the scooter.
    • You can expect a refund within 5-7 days of our receiving and completing an inspection of the returned product.

 Accessories cannot be returned

Refused Goods:

If delivery of an item is refused, outward & return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Refund Policy

You will be refunded the purchase price, EXCLUDING the original "free shipping" cost included in the original price of the product, return shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee. 

Returned and exchanged products must be in selling condition as new, unused and with all original part and packing materials. If we find the item is damaged from improper packaging or use your return will be rejected and you will not receive a refund.

Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, you cancel your order after 48 hours of placing it, whether its because the item will take longer to get to you, or because of any other reason, you will be responsible for 15% cancellation fee. This covers our administration costs and our supplier's costs of quality control, packaging, and creating paperwork for shipment.
