Zipr Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

If any customer wants to return our product, they would need to contact Mobility Ready at support@mobilityready.com for the return authorization. 

Customers will be responsible for packaging and return shipping costs for any products they want to return.  An additional 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products.  All returned products are subjected to thorough inspection and testing.  If any damages or it is found used, customers will be responsible for those damages.

Refunds will be applied 15 days after we receive the scooter to our warehouse and have inspected it for damages and signs of use.
