Zipr Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
If any customer wants to return our product, they would need to contact the dealer they purchased the product from for return authorization. The dealer, in turn, will need to contact us (Zipr) for return authorization number to process the return. All products are to be returned directly to Zipr’s warehouse.
Customers will be responsible for packaging and return shipping costs for any products they want to return. An additional 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. All returned products are subjected to thorough inspection and testing. If any damages are found, customers will bear additional charges to include those.
Refunds will be applied to the dealer’s account after the whole process is completed.
