Firstly, each handmade steel gate and fence panel undergoes an abrasive medium blast to eliminate any impurities and etch the steel. Next, a phosphate wash prepares the steel for optimal adhesion. Lastly, the Powder Coat Color is applied and baked at high heat to create a corrosion-resistant finish.
