Engineered for efficiency, BevLes Electric Steam Tables hold a variety of foods at a precise serving temperature. Ideal for use in back of house, this steam table has five wells, each measuring 12”W x 20”D x 8”H. Designed for dry use, each well can be used with standard steam table pans or with optional spillage pans. For optimal efficiency and versatility, each well features a single formed Calrod heating element with independent temperature control. A red LED indicator light displays which wells are on. The unit is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel and all dry wells feature stainless steel liners designed to hold various foods. The unit is equipped with a polyethylene cutting board to provide extra space for food preparation and an adjustable under shelf for additional storage space. The durable legs are constructed of galvanized steel with adjustable feet. Optional accessories such as over shelves, sneeze guards, casters and spillage pans are available.
