This half-size Climate Select cabinet is constructed of durable stainless steel with radius corners and a cool touch handle. It has a field reversible door with self-closing lift off hinges and magnetic gaskets and latch. A 4-gallon water reservoir with low water alarm provides hours of uninterrupted service. Humidity is operator-controlled for maximum flexibility and holding time. Solid state controls ensure food is held at consistent serving temperature, between 70°-215°F (21°-102°C), so your food is always hot and ready to serve. Individual thermostat regulates humidity levels by controlling air and water temperatures, allowing for humidity level to 95%. The fully insulated top, side, base and doors keep your food at a safe serving temperature. The top mount convection heat and humidity system maintains even cabinet temperature. The unit is equipped with 6 pan slides that can hold full-size sheet pans and steam table pans. Heavy-duty plate casters with 5” neoprene wheels, two front brakes and recessed side mounted pull grips allow for easy mobility in your back of house.
