Cook and keep food hot with a roast and hold oven. The BevLes Tender Touch 3/4 Size Roast & Hold Oven features all stainless steel construction with an insulated top, sides and door. User-friendly top-mounted touchscreen controls allow cooking by time or temperature probe and enable you to save and recall recipes. The adjustable temperature controls range from 80°F to 300°F (27° to 150°C) for heating and holding a variety of foods. A flashing power loss alarm alerts the operator if the unattended cooking cycle is interrupted. At the end of the cook cycle, an audio alarm sounds and automatically switches to holding temperature. The fully insulated cabinet prevents heat loss while the side air tunnel system circulates air evenly throughout the cabinet. This "W" model features welded stainless steel wire pan supports that are adjustable on 1.5" centers. It has a field reversible door with self-closing lift-off hinges and magnetic latches and door gaskets. Removable interior components make cleaning quick and easy, while heavy-duty plate casters with 5” neoprene wheels and two front brakes allow for easy mobility in your commercial kitchen. The BevLes Tender Touch 3/4 Size Roast & Hold Oven is also available in 1/2 size.
