Roast and keep food hot with a roast and hold smoker oven. The BevLes Tender Touch 3/4 Size Roast & Hold Smoker features all stainless steel construction with an insulated top, sides and door. User-friendly top-mounted touchscreen controls allow cooking by time or temperature probe and enable you to save and recall recipes. The adjustable temperature controls range from 80°F to 300°F (27° to 150°C) for roasting and holding a variety of foods. A flashing power loss alarm alerts the operator if the unattended cooking cycle is interrupted. The smoker is equipped with a removable chip box for up to four hours of smoke cycle time and cold smoking ability. At the end of the cook cycle, an audio alarm sounds and automatically switches to holding temperature. The fully insulated cabinet prevents heat loss while the side air tunnel system circulates air evenly throughout the cabinet. This “P” model is supplied with stainless steel, non-adjustable pan racks. It has a field reversible door with self-closing lift-off hinges and magnetic latches and door gaskets. Removable interior components make cleaning quick and easy, while heavy-duty plate casters with 5” neoprene wheels and two front brakes allow for easy mobility in your commercial kitchen. The BevLes Tender Touch Roast & Hold Smoker is also available in 1/2 size.
