This full size heated holding cabinet is constructed of stainless steel with radius corners and cool touch handle. The Pass-Thru design allows for quick access and efficient cleaning for those hard to reach corners. The fully insulated door, base, sides and top keeps your food warm and fresh. The field reversible door with self-closing lift off hinges and magnetic gaskets and latch makes it easy to access your food. A removable top water pan provides additional humidity for hard to hold items. Solid state controls ensure food is held at a consistent serving temperature, between 70° to 215°F (21° to 102°C). Easy to operate controls feature precise variable thermostat and dial thermometer. Individual thermostat regulates humidity levels by controlling air and water temperatures, allowing for humidity level to 95%. Top mount convection heat and humidity system maintains even cabinet temperature. This "W" model has universal adjustable wire pan supports that can be adjusted on 1.5" centers. Heavy-duty plate casters with 5” neoprene wheels, two front brakes and recessed side mounted pull grips allow for easy mobility in your commercial kitchen. The interior components are removable for easy cleaning and maintenance. The BevLes Temper Select Heated Holding Cabinet is available in full, 3/4, half and undercounter size models.
