The entire BHS1272 is constructed of 18-gauge type 300 stainless steel. It has been polished with a satin finish. The stainless steel shelf has been MIG welded. The exposed welds have been polished with the same finish to match the adjacent surfaces.
All of John Boos’ 18-gauge stainless steel shelves are NSF certified.
