This CleanFreak portable pressure washing skid comes mounted to a steel frame with channels for a forklift to lift it up and move it around. It is designed to fit in a pickup truck bed or to be permanently mounted in a trailer (see vehicle gross weight requirements - with water tank full, the skid will weigh approximately 3800 lbs.).
This high volume cleaning system is great for cleaning jobs faster than ever, especially paired with something like a 21" or 24" flat surface cleaner. The skid comes with a 225 gallon water storage tank mounted to it for constant water supply to the pump. The tank is fed by a 50' hose on a stainless reel. The 8 GPM at 3500 PSI water is heated by a diesel fired burner system, with adjustable thermostat temperature control. The high pressure is delivered through a 100' hose stored on a matching stainless hose reel to the spray gun.
The skid can be equipped with 2 hose reels and spray guns, to become quite the efficient cleaning machine! It can handle 2 guns running simultaneously, while delivering 8.0 GPM (4.0 GPM to each gun at 3,500 PSI).
A 23 HP Vanguard gas engine with electric start from Brigss & Stratton powers this pressure washing system. It does a great job of powering the system. A heat tube produces hot water, which is fed in through the large storage tank.
