With this Dual Zone Dehydrator your business has the flexibility to stagger batches or dry different products separately. The innovative dual zone design gives you 136 sq. ft. of drying space and the ability to use different temperatures in each zone. Full body interior and exterior is constructed of stainless steel and includes 42 stainless trays and mesh screens. The convenient front access digital touch screen allows for easy control and features a 99-hour timer and an adjustable thermostat from 70-180 degrees Fahrenheit. Excalibur's patented hyperwave technology and horizontal parallex drying removes water from food with a continuous circulation of thermostatically-controlled warm air, efficiently and user-friendly. Additionally this unit has automatic cool down and shut off. NSF, UL and cUL approved
