The automatic AJX-66 conveyor dishmachine is available as either a high temperature or chemical sanitizing model. The high temp model cleans 225 racks per hour, using only 0.68 gallons of water per rack. The chemical sanitizing model cleans 209 racks per hour, using just 0.78 gallons of water per rack. The 22” pre-wash section utilizes upper and lower wash arms for excellent pre-scrapping.
