A part of their Cucina Technica series, this John Boos CUCT14 cart is made of Northern Hard Rock maple and stainless steel. The undershelf, bar, and legs are all durable stainless steel. This material is both easy to clean and improves the longevity of your unit. The maple top is 4” thick end grain and has an oil finish. The CUCT14 is mobile with four 3” heavy-duty locking casters.

This butcher block unit ships knocked down, but it is easy to assemble upon its arrival.
