This John Boos GT-70 Grease Interceptor has the capacity to hold up to 70 pounds of grease. It has a 36 gallon per minute flow rate. This Interceptor has a 1/8" thick carbon steel body with a removable baffle. The body has been TIG welded. There are no-hub connections. A T-vent, integral trap and vented inlet flow control device. This GT-70 has an easily removable cover and a 4" inlet/outlet.
