Maintenance Tips
  • Clean After Use: Wipe wood top with mild soap and warm water; rinse and dry thoroughly—never soak.

  • Oil Regularly: Apply food‑grade mineral oil or conditioning oil frequently (weekly with heavy use) to prevent drying, cracking, and warping.

  • Seal Surface: After oiling, use a food‑safe board cream or beeswax to enhance moisture resistance.

  • Avoid Heat & Moisture Extremes: Keep wood away from prolonged heat, standing water, and high humidity.

  • Protect Work Area: Use cutting boards, mats, or pads to reduce direct impact from heavy tools or knives.

  • Check Hardware: Periodically tighten bolts, screws, and fasteners to maintain stability and long‑lasting performance.
