Constructed with thick 11 ga. steel and 2" x 3" uprights, this sturdy half rack has a weight capacity of 1,000 LB and comes equipped with durable nylon-lined J-hooks to protect your bar while racking and un-racking.

Featuring Westside hole spacing, this unit has 50mm spacing on the middle and upper sections and 25mm spacing on the bottom portion for safer bar positioning during bench presses — and comes with a standard 1.25" adjustable pull-up bar for full extensions during pull ups, chin ups, and hanging leg raises.
