Built for High-Volume Prep

  • 15 included 1/6-size clear polycarbonate pans, 4" deep (fits 6" deep pans, sold separately).
  • Full-length 8 ⅞" D × ½" thick, NSF-approved white poly cutting board—removable, reversible and easy to sanitize.
  • Patented forced-air design maintains 33–41 °F (.5–5 °C) in both pan rail and cabinet interior.
  • Three self-closing doors with 90° stay-open feature for effortless loading.
  • Six adjustable, heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves maximize storage flexibility.
  • 5" stem castors (front locking) set the work surface at a comfortable 36" height.
