Each workout is stored and accessible form your app, enabling review of all prior training cycles, encouraging you to set new performance goals.

Instruction are provided to retrofit SmartRow to your WaterRower at home.
Note: Assembly required. Estimated assembly time is 45 minutes. Additional tools required for assembly: 3/4/5/6mm Allen keys and a 1/2 inch box or socket wrench. If a SmartRow conversion kit is ordered with a WaterRower machine, assembly is still required. SmartRow kit comes with phone holder shown in photos.
