Very easy to learn how to use and ooperate. It feels so good to get outside for a "walk" with my husband again. I am looking forward to taking it to a shopping mall or fair-places I have dreaded going to due to bad knee pain.

I received my scooter this week, and I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful it is! It has plenty of power for going up hills since I live in the mountains with no flat ground. I'm amazed at how well the small wheels navigate rough terrain; we only have pavement in town, which is an hour's drive away. After being stuck in bed for a year without the use of my legs, it's so exciting to zip around the yard on my new scooter. I feel like I could fly! I truly believe this is the best four-wheel scooter on the market, even at five times the price.

We took it with us to the boardwalk, and it was so easy to maneuver around! It was a bit bumpy on the boardwalk, but that was tolerable; I don’t think there’s a workaround for that. It was light enough for us to pull in and out of the trunk easily. We felt our mom was safe and secure while using it. It's also fantastic to have inside the house since it doesn’t take up much more space than an office chair if you remove the basket.

OMG! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this scooter from Shoprider! If you're on the fence about buying it, don’t hesitate— I did, and I really should have purchased it a long time ago. It runs so quietly and handles corners sharply. It's more stable than you'd expect and backs up without an annoying horn. It runs smoothly and quickly! I love it! The chair is nice and comfy; I'm 5'8" and 180 lbs, and I've got plenty of room to spare. It's well made! I'm even buying a BBQ cover to store it in the garage when I'm not using it. I truly LOVE my scooter!

I bought this for my brother, and it has really made it easier for him to get around his house. His wheelchair didn't fit through the bathroom doorways, but this one does. He even removed the armrests for extra space when passing through. It's a great investment!

While I've encountered the usual wear and tear with my Shoprider Sprinter XL4 over time, I can't emphasize enough how much it has enhanced my quality of life. The comfort and mobility it offers are unmatched compared to other chairs I've tried, and it truly excels during long journeys thanks to its adjustable back support. It is a bit on the heavier side, but overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

It was my first time ordering a scooter, and for the price, everything works great! The seat swivels 360°, and the speed is impressive; I can zip around the grocery store faster than I expected. It's easy to pack in the trunk of a car, too. In my opinion, it deserves perfect stars. I highly recommend it—there’s no need to buy an expensive one when this offers great value!

This mobility scooter has been a tremendous help for my 93-year-old father in navigating his Independent Living Facility. The dining room is quite a distance from his apartment, and while he can walk short distances, this scooter provides wonderful assistance when his legs are weak. He can roll right up to the dining room table and easily swivel his chair to eat. As a grateful daughter, I'm truly thankful for this item!

This scooter has a long battery life, a powerful motor, and is comfortable and fast. It's the best for outdoor use!

I'm very happy with this purchase. I have MS and struggle to walk any distances, which made me feel cooped up and unable to enjoy fresh air or take a walk. Now I can, and that makes me very happy. I've had the chair for about a month and have primarily used it in my townhouse development, where traffic is light. The sidewalks can be bumpy, but I was able to ride on the newly paved streets without any issues. I also tried it on grass, and it performed well. I've felt completely secure and haven't worried about falling. I haven't tested its portability yet to see how easily it can be taken apart for transport, but so far, I’m very satisfied with it.

I bought this chair used 5 1/2 years ago, and it's still going strong with no issues, except for the armrest breaking loose, which I had welded back. I’ve only had to replace the batteries once. I’ve used it on uneven terrain in my yard, at shopping centers, and mostly at home, and the chair has never let me down.

I really like this chair. It's easy to fold up and fits into my van, even when it's fully opened. Learning to use the joystick has been a bit of a challenge since I've never used one before, but I'm getting the hang of it. The battery life has been fantastic! Since I first charged it, I haven’t needed to recharge yet. You're supposed to run the battery down completely before recharging, and I’m only about halfway through. Overall, I’m quite happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

I needed a wheelchair for my mother to be discharged from rehab and moved to a nursing home. There's a wheelchair store in the complex where I work, but they were incredibly unprofessional and difficult to deal with. I decided to buy this chair based on the great reviews, and it was delivered to me in just five business days! I'm so glad I chose to purchase this wheelchair. I got an excellent price, and my mom can now move around safely.

My mom has very weak feet and legs, so she needs to position herself properly to support herself when getting in or out of the chair. The footrest has to be folded up for her to do that. It would be amazing if the footrest could retract or fold up automatically, as she can't bend down to lift it herself. She relies on the footrest for comfort when traveling or adjusting herself in the chair. Despite this, I still give the chair five out of five stars for its functionality, comfort, design, affordability, and appearance. Great job!

Received shipment as scheduled, arrived with no issues. Unpackaged and unwrapped took a while removing the protective wrap on all the lights and dash panel but protected very well. Flip the breaker under the seat and to my amazement it was fully charged and ready to go. I really like the remote key fob with the alarm features. Removed blocks on pallet and drove it off from the side of scooter. Went over everything lights, horn and turn signals all good. Installed the mirrors that was in back compartment storage box and adjusted. Test drove it on speed 1 and tried it in speed 2 and then 3, this was a little fast for me in my driveway so switched it back to 2. In reverse the backup alarm is very loud, will try to remove that since it is very annoying. Overall, so far I really like this scooter and it looks very stylish. I think this is a good purchase and will suit my needs very well, time will tell. I would like to purchase a repair manual if there is one available for future use. Love this scooter!
