Order Cancellation:

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Experience team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, and our standard return policy will apply.

  • Cancellation Fees: In some cases, canceled orders may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover processing and restocking costs. Our Customer Experience team will provide you with information about any applicable fees.

 

Backorders Policy

At Mobility Ready, we value clarity and fairness in our policies, especially regarding backordered items. Here's a clear outline of our backorders policy:

Order Hold Option:

  • If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we offer you the choice to hold your order until the item is back in stock. This ensures that you secure the item at the current price, and it will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.

Payment Capture for Held Orders:

  • If you choose to hold your order for a backordered item, we will capture the payment at that time. Our payment processor requires us to capture payment within a few days of the order being placed to secure the item for you.

Cancellation of Held Orders:

  • If you decide not to hold your order for the backordered item, you can cancel without incurring any cancellation fees.

Cancellation Fee for Held Orders:

  • If you choose to cancel your held order before the backordered item is restocked and shipped, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged. This fee covers administrative costs and processing fees incurred by the cancellation.

Cancellation Fee for Shipped Orders:

  • Once the backordered item is restocked, and your held order is processed and shipped, if you choose to cancel the order at that point, the standard 30% restocking fee will apply.
