Return Policy

All product(s) must be returned in their original condition, never installed, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Refunds will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

I absolutely love it!

I just got my SNAPnGO Model 335 scooter, and I absolutely love it! I only wish I had bought it sooner. It’s incredibly fast, handles well, makes tight turns, and is extremely speedy. I can’t stop raving about it! The customer service was outstanding. When I encountered a minor issue, I called and spoke to a live representative who listened carefully and immediately connected me with a technician. The tech diagnosed the problem over the phone, and they sent replacement parts overnight to my home. Another tech came by to complete the repair. Their commitment to excellent customer service is top-notch. I get stopped constantly by people asking where I got the scooter and how it rides. This scooter has completely transformed my life. Even at the maximum weight limit, it works like a dream and is super fast when I need it to be.

The scooter performed excellently.

I received the scooter and immediately took it on a trip to Phoenix, AZ. The airline staff appreciated its lightweight design, allowing me to drive it right up to the plane's door, where it was then easily handled and stored in the cargo area by just one person. I attached a picture showing how it should be lifted and where to handle it. I removed the battery and the travel seat I had brought with me and carried them on board with my carry-ons and backpack. The scooter performed excellently, though I had to assist with clearance over a few bumps. Everywhere I went, people commented, saying, “I need one of these!” I primarily used speeds 1 and 2 out of the three available.

It's a fun, versatile, and easy-to-use scooter.

We bought this scooter back in 2020, and after using it for a couple of years, I can confidently say it's a great purchase. If I ever needed to replace it, I would get the same model again. It fits perfectly on one side of my minivan, and when we went on vacation last year, there was no issue with space—the scooter on one side, our luggage on the other.

The scooter is lightweight enough for me to load and unload from the van without difficulty. On days when my back and leg hurt, my wife helps by grabbing one end, and together we lift it easily, though I usually manage fine on my own.

As for performance, when I first got it, I weighed around 260 pounds, and the scooter had no trouble moving me around. In stores, I keep it in first gear while shopping with my wife. But if I need to move faster, I switch to second gear, and it zips across the store quite quickly. One thing to note: on steeper inclines, it may stop, and you might need a push or a running start to get up.

All in all, I’d give this scooter a thumbs up, recommend it to friends, and would buy it again if needed. It's a fun, versatile, and easy-to-use scooter.

I highly recommend this scooter.

I absolutely love the SNAPnGO Model 335 Scooter! I bought it for fun, outdoor activities, and to zip around the park or lake. It’s much faster than walking, saving me time while enjoying the ride. I can reach speeds of 6.7 to 7 miles per hour, and I couldn’t be happier with that. Although the specifications list a maximum speed of 5-6 mph in third gear, it depends on the terrain and my weight. The scooter is super easy to fold and unfold, lightweight, and has convenient handles for carrying or rolling away. It stands upright and takes up minimal space. I highly recommend this scooter—it’s got a comfortable seat, and setup was a breeze: just attach the footrest, and off you go! I’m absolutely in love with it! Thank you, SnapNGo, for creating such an awesome scooter. It’s faster than 4 mph, and I’m thrilled with it! You won’t be disappointed if you get one!

It allows me to do things I couldn't before, and I feel so much less restricted.

This scooter has been a perfect fit for me! I have a severely arthritic hip that can’t be replaced due to other health issues, which has greatly affected my mobility over the past year. After a lot of research, I decided to buy this scooter, and it has truly changed my life! I can get out more, do more, and experience much less fatigue and pain. It’s easy to transport since it folds and weighs under 50 pounds. It turns effortlessly, and it’s very simple to operate.

The motor is powerful enough to take me wherever I need to go, though it performs best on hard, flat surfaces—not so much on grass or rough terrain. The battery is small and light, and while I do keep an eye on the charge level (since I'm a larger woman and the battery drains faster), it recharges easily, and I’ve never run out of power. Even with my size, the scooter handles inclines without a problem.

I’m beyond pleased with this purchase. It allows me to do things I couldn't before, and I feel so much less restricted. I absolutely love this scooter, and it’s fun to drive too! With a top speed of 7 mph, I finally feel like I’m ahead of the crowd instead of trailing behind. I was looking forward to attending art fairs and summer festivals, but COVID-19 canceled those plans. Still, I can now go on "walks" with my wife and enjoy activities I had to give up before. This scooter was worth every penny—and I don’t have a lot to spare! Couldn’t be happier with it.

It’s lightweight, and I can load and unload it by myself, even with a bad back.

I am loving this scooter—it's perfect for going in and out of stores. I've used it in about 15 stores, spending an hour or two in each, and the battery still stays fully charged. It’s lightweight, and I can load and unload it by myself, even with a bad back. It’s fast and fun to drive! The only challenge I’ve had is raising the handlebar—it sometimes takes 3 or 4 tries. I’ve had the scooter for about three weeks now, and I highly recommend it. My only problem is that my wife can’t keep up with me anymore! Yes, it’s a little pricey, but like I said, I LOVE it!
